US Tariffs

Due to the recent implementation of US tariffs on products imported from certain countries, some of our suppliers cannot absorb the tariff costs and are passing the tariff straight through to you, the customer.  This means that at the time of delivery, you may be asked to pay the tariff amount before the carrier will release the package to you.

PLEASE NOTE

• The US Tariff implementations are ongoing and fluctuating, sometimes being paused and then resumed.  The information below is the latest we have.
• We say you "may" be asked to pay, because we've seen some instances where either the order is shipped while a tariff has been paused or the carrier hasn't implemented it yet, and in those instances a tariff is not collected at the time of delivery.  Please assume that you will be asked to pay the tariff if listed below, and if you aren't then that's a bonus.
• No order will be refunded due to the delivery being refused.

Please read below under each brand to make sure you understand the tariff amount that may be applied to your shipment.

Strands Lighting

Their lights are manufactured in China, so a 30% tariff may be applied, due at the time of delivery.

Planar / Autoterm Heaters

Planar heaters are built in Canada, so a 25% tariff may be applied, due at the time of delivery.
