Canadian Tariffs

Due to the recent implementation of a 25% tariff on products imported from Canada by the US, we cannot absorb this additional cost.

The brands listed below will have a 25% tariff due at the time of delivery, paid directly to the carrier.

Please read below, as you can be reimbursed for the tariff cost in certain situations.

Strands Lighting

Strands Lighting products are shipped directly from our Canadian distributor, Strands America.  You are initially responsible for paying the duties and taxes to the carrier (25% of the total value of the lights).   After you pay the fees and receive delivery, send us an email to let us know.  Strands America has agreed to reimburse you and cover the amount paid for taxes and duties.

Planar / Autoterm Heaters

Planar portable heaters and accessories are shipped directly from Planar in Canada.  You are responsible for paying the duties and taxes to the carrier (25% of the total value of the heater and accessories).  Planar and Overland Addict WILL NOT be reimbursing the taxes and duties paid.
