Planar Touchscreen Temperature Controller

I really wanted to like this product, but it does not work. The thermostat doesn’t communicate with the Planar heater, it doesn’t go on standby mode until temps go way above your desired temp. Then throws error codes(basically that it’s not communicating with control panel) it even begin the shut down process of the heater without warning as it threw a communication code once again. Reaching out to overland addict to see what can be done about a replacement or refund. Really disappointed with this product. I ended up using the analog unit it comes with. That worked flawlessly without any issues. The LCD unit I got has problems, hoping overland addict helps me with this dilemma.
