Shipping policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed during normal business hours of Tues-Fri 10-5, excluding holidays, and in the order we receive them.
Due to the high demand of orders, we aim for a 2-3 day processing time (during normal business hours, on in stock items.
Some items may be dropshipped from one of our numerous suppliers. We make every effort to keep them on the same 2-3 business day timeframe, however please understand they are different companies and from time to time there are delays.
We will communicate any delays that we are aware of just as soon as we know. Just reach out to us and we will be happy to check on your order. You can also check out current lead times here.
Shipping Speed
Unless otherwise selected at checkout, all shipping will be standard ground which is approximately 5-7 business days once picked up by the carrier. This does not include processing times.
If you need expedited shipping, please contact us and we can send a custom invoice to ensure that your order arrives in time.
Shipping Insurance
Shipping protection is automatically applied to each order and covers the amount of the purchased products..
Customers that remove the additional protection understand, and agree, that their shipmenet will only be covered up to $100 that is set by the carrier through which their shipment was sent.
If you are purchasing a high-value item, we would recommend the additional shipping protection to ensure your shipment is protected from lost, stolen or damaged packages.
We are not liable for lost/damaged/stolen items.
Delivery Signature
If your order requires a delivery signature and you are not available, the carrier will leave a note with a phone number to call, or there will be instructions in the delivery email where you can set up re-delivery.
In the event your shipment is never claimed, and is returned to sender, you will be responsible for all shipping charges and any fees imposed to ship it back out.
Freight Items
Shipping costs for freight items can fluctuate wildly depending on the final destination of the shipment. We do our best to estimate the shipping cost at checkout. However, sometimes it is necessary to reach out after the sale to inform the customer of additional freight charges.
If we need to reach out to you after the order is complete to collect additional money to offset unforeseen freight costs, you can choose cancel the order if you do not agree with the extra charges.
