Navidium is a shipping insurance company that covers packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Navidium ensures that customers get what they paid for, and allows for easy reordering with one simple click.

Q: HOW DO I FILE A CLAIM FOR A LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGE?

You can file a claim by contacting our customer support team via email at support@overlandaddict.com.  Be sure to explain what the issue is with your order and the order number.

Q: DOESN’T OVERLAND ADDICT COVER LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES AUTOMATICALLY?

No.  Carriers charge us an additional fee for packages valued above $100, and they don't cover stolen packages at all.  In order to keep our prices competitive, we have to pass the cost of insurance on to you the customer.  Also when you purchase Navidium Shipping Protection at checkout, if your package is lost during transit or stolen after delivery it will be covered!

Q: WHAT IF MY PACKAGE GETS LOST, AND NAVIDIUM REPLACES IT BY ORDERING ANOTHER NEW PRODUCT FOR ME, AND THEN THAT PACKAGE GETS LOST. DOES NAVIDIUM COVER THAT TOO?

Yes! Any replacement orders that are placed by Navidium are still insured by Navidium.
